Customized Products – No Returns
As a corporate gifting company specializing in fully customized products, most of our items are made-to-order and tailored specifically for your brand. Therefore:
Returns are not accepted for customized products, including engraved, branded, or specially assembled gift items.
This applies to hampers, awards, corporate uniforms, branded stationery, tech accessories, and similar personalized goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene, perishable nature, or custom branding:
Edible gifts (chocolates, dry fruits, sweets, baked goods)
Personalized apparel and accessories
Branded merchandise or packaging
Gift boxes with logos, names, or messages
Festival and event-based special packs
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
While we take extreme care in packaging and shipping, if your product is delivered:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (not matching the approved order specs)
We will offer a free replacement or an appropriate resolution.
How to request a replacement:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
Provide your order reference or invoice number

Our team will review your request and offer a resolution within 3–5 business days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable for production
The customization request cannot be fulfilled and you choose not to proceed
A payment was made in error or duplicated
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Since we begin production shortly after order confirmation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation—provided customization hasn’t started.
After this period, cancellation is not possible due to the bespoke nature of our work.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or repeated delivery failures:
Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost
CRAFVÉ is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect customer-provided information

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we may not offer traditional returns due to the custom nature of our work, our team is dedicated to resolving any genuine concerns with care and urgency.
